We offer free shipping services within Switzerlnad with A-Post. It takes one working day (also Saturdays) for the delivery.
Europe
We offer free shipping services in Europe with B-Post. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that customer duties and local VAT may be incurred depending on your country. Please note that any such charges are not included in the total price displayed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!". We want you to like our products and always be what you expected. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item(s) from our e-commerce, feel free to exchange or return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving the order. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of this fourteen-day period.
Sale items are non-refundable.
In order to be fully reimbursed, the returned item(s) need to be in their original condition. In the case of returns, we will refund any payments already made after receipt of the returned goods. If you make use of your right of revocation, you bear the costs for the return. If the return is due to wrong deliveries or defective products for which we are responsible, we bear all the costs.
International returns: These must be returned as “Return of a Swiss product for exchange/refund”, including the original invoice attached to the package. Otherwise, the Swiss customs and VAT costs incurred will be passed on to the customer and deducted from the total amount.
